Our Areas of Expertise
We are a mechanical contractor licensed to perform Plumbing, Heating, & Air Conditioning work on Long Island and NYC. We have been operating since 1965 and have refined our scope of operations to industrial, commercial and institutional installations. We have also worked extensively in the public sector for Federal, State, City and Local governments.
Our average sales range between 30 and 35 million dollars and we have a bonding program with Travelers Casualty & Surety Co. in excess of 80 million dollars. We attempt to assist our clients by bidding jobs as small as two thousand dollars and as high as 40 million dollars, if the need arises.
HVAC
Botto Mechanical has been performing HVAC work in major institutions and medical facilities. We self-perform all HVAC piping and start up using 638A and 638B union labor.
We directly sub-contract out the sheet metal, insulation and automatic temperature controls using the major contractors in their respective fields. Botto uses the latest BIM and CAD drafting technologies being equipped to handle the latest in project coordination.
Plumbing
Botto Mechanical has been a licensed plumber in Nassau and Suffolk Counties since 1964. Botto Mechanical branched out in 1991 when J.M Botto Inc. was formed when V.P John M. Botto received his master plumber’s license from the City of New York. Botto has completed many healthcare and financial facilities.
Service and Maintenance
Botto established a service and maintenance department in 1996. We provide service and preventive maintenance programs for our clients throughout the New York Metro area. Currently, we have 25 service technicians providing 24-hour emergency service to healthcare facilities and financial institutions.
All of our personnel have the most current certificates for performing the various types of refrigeration reclamation and disposal. We pride ourselves with keeping up to the most up-to-date training to keep all of our employees on the cutting edge of technology in this ever evolving industry.
